Role Description

Vashishtha Luxury Fashion is seeking a dedicated and skilled Merchandiser for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating with production teams, managing customer inquiries, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and maintaining quality standards. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, working on sales strategies, handling client coordination, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the merchandise lifecycle. The successful candidate will represent the brand’s commitment to quality and tradition in interactions with clients and designers.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
• Customer Service expertise and experience in addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Sales, Retail, or related domains to support business growth and showcase merchandise effectively.
• Knowledge of Marketing strategies to promote products and understand market trends.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle production schedules and deadlines efficiently.
• Familiarity with embroidered garment production or luxury fashion is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Management, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
