We specialize in bespoke wardrobes, dressing rooms, and interior projects. Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Merchandiser with over 8 years of experience in the luxury furniture and interiors industry. This role blends deep material knowledge with trend forecasting and design curation. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the market, a sharp aesthetic sense, and the ability to suggest, source, and finalize the right materials and finishes that align with both client expectations and brand vision. Key Responsibilities Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to source and select premium materials (leather, wood, marble, metal, LED, etc.) Suggest what materials, finishes, and design directions will best suit specific projects, both from a design and execution point of view Develop and maintain strong relationships with trusted manufacturers and market vendors Stay updated with market trends and emerging materials suitable for luxury spaces Ensure timely procurement while maintaining quality, pricing, and brand standards Collaborate with the design and production teams to maintain alignment in vision and execution Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in merchandising/sourcing for luxury furniture or interior brands Strong knowledge of high-end materials and their applications in wardrobes, bedrooms, and custom interior settings Established vendor network and material sourcing connections Excellent communication, negotiation, and aesthetic judgment Ability to work collaboratively with creative and production teams Preferred Background Prior experience working with well-known luxury interior or modular furniture brands (without disclosing specific names) Understanding of luxury client preferences and high-end project timelines To Apply 📩 Send your resume to hr@attitudesdeco.com 📞 Contact: +91 7878263590 🌐 Website: www.attitudesdeco.com
