Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Moradabad for a Senior Merchandiser. The Senior Merchandiser will be responsible for managing product selections, ensuring quality control throughout the production process, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client requirements. The role involves handling customer inquiries, fostering strong customer relationships, overseeing the export processes, and implementing sales and marketing initiatives to promote products and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
• Proficiency in Sales and Retail practices, with a focus on driving revenue and achieving targets
• Understanding of Marketing strategies and their application to product promotion and client engagement
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and export procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and other relevant software
