Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Merchandiser to handle the end-to-end coordination of women’s ethnic wear production — from sampling to dispatch. The candidate must have hands-on experience in ethnic garment manufacturing and the ability to manage timelines, quality, and communication across teams. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with design, sampling, and production teams for new developments and order execution. Follow up on fabric, trims, and embroidery units to ensure timely availability and approvals. Prepare and maintain style files, order sheets, and production trackers. Monitor daily production, resolve issues, and ensure quality compliance. Maintain strong communication with vendors and internal departments (store, purchase, QA). Track production timelines to ensure on-time delivery of orders. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of women’s ethnic wear manufacturing process (stitching, embroidery, finishing). Understanding of fabrics, trims, and embellishments used in ethnic wear. Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
