Role Overview

We are looking for skilled Product Development Merchandisers with hands-on experience in UK and European markets. The role involves end-to-end coordination of garment development, close interaction with international clients, and collaboration with internal design and production teams, primarily across women’s and kidswear categories.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, Apparel Design, or a related discipline.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in garment product development, with a focus on women’s and kidswear.
• Prior experience working with UK and European clients or brands is strongly preferred.
• Ability to create basic fashion sketches and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, fit, trims, wash techniques, and finishing standards.
• Experience in direct client coordination with international buyers, including virtual meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective internal coordination and external client interaction.
• Good awareness of global fashion trends, seasonal calendars, and costing principles.
• Working knowledge of PLM systems, MS Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and other relevant product development tools.
• Experience working with export houses or export-focused manufacturing setups will be an added advantage.
