Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser, located in New Delhi. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing and organizing product displays, ensuring product availability, and maintaining inventory levels. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing merchandising strategies, coordinating with suppliers, analyzing sales data, and providing exceptional customer service. The Merchandiser will also assist with marketing initiatives and work closely with the sales team to drive product sales and meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Retail
• Knowledge of Marketing techniques and strategies
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the merchandising sector is a plus
