Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Panipat for a Merchandiser. As a Merchandiser at DECOfloor India, you will be responsible for managing product quality and meeting deadlines , coordinating with suppliers and clients, and ensuring optimum inventory levels. You will also be responsible for executing promotional strategies and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales and operations Marketing skills for developing and implementing promotional strategies Ability to manage inventory effectively Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Experience in the home furnishing industry Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred Show more Show less
