Merchandiser - Apparel

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive, and organized Merchandiser (Apparel) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing customer communication, preparing job sheets, and coordinating with the production teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sampling, sourcing, and production departments to ensure timely execution of orders.
• Act as a bridge between the sales team and the production team.
• Develop and maintain Time & Action (T&A) calendars and ensure adherence to delivery deadlines.
• Monitor fabric and trim procurement in coordination with sourcing and purchase departments.
• Track production progress, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues to avoid delays.
• Prepare and maintain all relevant documentation (order sheets, costing, approvals, etc.)
• Work closely with the QA team to ensure on-time inspection and shipment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Merchandising, or a related field
• Proficient in English Communication( Written & Verbal)
• Proficient in MS Office ( Powerpoint & Excel)
• At least 3 years of experience in apparel merchandising industry.
• Good knowledge of apparel manufacturing, fabrics, materials, and quality standards

Salary Offered: Upto Rs. 4.5 LPA
