Job Description

As an Order & Production Manager, your role will involve coordinating with factories on product development, sampling, and bulk production. You will be responsible for tracking and managing orders from initial placement to final shipment, ensuring timely delivery. In case of any delays or quality concerns, you will proactively address them to maintain smooth production processes. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with factories for product development, sampling, and bulk production - Track and manage orders from placement to shipment - Monitor production timelines and address delays or quality concerns promptly In terms of Communication & Problem Solving, you will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and factories. It will be your responsibility to address customer concerns, provide updates, and resolve any issues related to pricing, production, or deliveries. Working closely with suppliers, you will ensure compliance with quality and delivery requirements. Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of experience in merchandising, sourcing, or supply chain management - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Ability to problem-solve and think critically under pressure - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Understanding of quality control processes and supplier compliance - Proficiency in English language You will be involved in Quality Assurance & Compliance by conducting product inspections and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Collaboration with QC teams to address quality-related issues before shipment and ensuring compliance with customer specifications and international standards will be part of your responsibilities. Market & Product Analysis will also be a key aspect of your role, where you will stay updated on industry trends, materials, and product innovations. Supporting the buying team in identifying new sourcing opportunities and cost-effective solutions, as well as assisting in pricing negotiations with vendors to maintain competitive margins, will be essential. In terms of Documentation & Reporting, you will be required to maintain accurate records of purchase orders, production updates, and shipping schedules. Additionally, preparing reports on order status, supplier performance, and issue resolutions will be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring all required documentation such as PI, packing lists, and invoices are completed accurately and on time will also fall under your purview. The company offers a Full-time job type with benefits including paid sick time and a yearly bonus. The work schedule is a day shift from Monday to Friday, with the work location being in person.,
