Job Description

Job Title: Production Coordinator / Planner Apparel

Location: Vasai

We are looking for a Production Coordinator/Planner to manage apparel production with external vendors. The role involves tracking production timelines, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring quality checks, and maintaining smooth, timely delivery of orders.

4. Cost & PO Management

5. Reporting & Documentation

Share reports on:

On-time delivery %

Quality pass/fail metrics

PO completion & material reconciliation

6. Risk Handling

Requirements:

Degree in Apparel Merchandising, Supply Chain, or related field.

Experience in apparel production or vendor management.

Strong understanding of garment manufacturing and quality processes.

Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with strong planning and documentation abilities.
