Merchandise Manager

As the Merchandising Manager at Eternz, you will play a key role in shaping the presentation of jewelry on our app and website. Your responsibilities will include planning and managing merchandising content for various pages, identifying fashion and jewelry trends, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance, collaborating with different teams, and ensuring visual consistency and appeal. You will also be involved in campaign merchandising, A/B testing, and cross-team collaboration to execute merchandising strategies effectively. We are looking for a candidate with 4-7 years of merchandising experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle e-commerce, who has a strong eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior, and hands-on experience with data tools. The ideal candidate should have an analytical mindset combined with a creative sensibility, be proactive, highly organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, experience with marketplaces, visual merchandising tools, or a background in fashion or design would be a plus.
