Job Responsibility

MEP Specialist

• Proficiency in

  Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC (MEP/HVAC)

  system design and coordination
• Hands-on experience with

  Building Information Modeling (BIM)

  and related software tools
• Strong knowledge of

  Plumbing, HVAC, and overall MEP design

  for diverse project types
• Familiarity with

  MEP coordination workflows and clash detection

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with relevant

  industry codes and standards

• Professional certification or training in

  MEP, HVAC, or BIM
