Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Manage MEP project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure optimal project delivery. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability guidelines. Provide technical guidance and support to the MEP team and other departments. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and delivery of MEP equipment and materials.
