Job Summary: As an MEP -Project Manager at Sri Vinayaka Domestic And Ind. Piping Co., you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the installations, and preparing JMR's, Material requirement Indents of plumbing systems in various residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the safe and optimal distribution of water and waste removal systems.

Responsibilities:

• Daily Responsibilities include planning, directing, coordinating and executing activities pertaining to construction of project from beginning to end.
• Able to prepare master plan/ project plan, for the project requirement.
• Candidate should have experience in industrial construction and be capable of handling project, Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and client independently.
• Conduct regular site checks to monitor progress and quality standards
• Collaborate with Clients, contractors, and other engineering teams to integrate plumbing systems seamlessly into building plans.
• Can able to understand all coordination drawings as well as various types of plumbing drawings.
• As per the site day-to-day work requirements, should be able to assign various plumbing tasks to each plumber based on their skills and experience. Distribute the workload evenly among the team.
• Ensure the proper planning of ongoing works and oversee the plumbing team's day-to-day activities, and provide guidance to them to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
• Maintain accurate records of plumbing plans, design changes, Shop Drawings, working drawings, As-Built Drawings, and any modifications made during the construction phase.
• Should have knowledge in computer proficiency, Auto Card and drafting mail, etc.

Work Experience : 5yr or Above

Requirements :

· Proven experience in Plumbing or Construction industry.

· Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering in any field
