Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills in English Clear, neutral American accent (mandatory). Experience with scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.) preferred. Experience in customer service and call center operations Ability to handle high-volume calls and remain calm under pressure Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting #Key Responsibilities 1. Make outbound and inbound calls with a professional and friendly tone. 2 Conduct research to identify companies, prospects, and relevant opportunities. 3 Lead generation. 4. Draft, send, and manage professional email correspondence. 5. Organize schedules, set appointments, and book calendar events. 6. Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
