Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Proven experience managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects

2. Strong leadership and team management abilities – He will need to lead a team of four to five engineers

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Comfortable with client coordination, including:

5. Leading client meetings

6. Providing updates and managing expectations

7. Acting as the main point of contact for internal and external communication

8. Solid MEP knowledge to effectively oversee project execution (not responsible for drafting/design)

9. Highly responsible, organized, and ethical in managing both internal workflows and external commitments
