MEP Project Manager

Project Planning and Execution:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, andbudgets.Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to the plan.Team Leadership:Lead and motivate project teams to achieve objectives.Assign tasks, set deadlines, and resolve conflicts within the team.Provide clear communication and guidance to team members.Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and address concerns.Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle.Quality Assurance:Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.Conduct reviews and implement improvements as needed.Budget Management:Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints.Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.Reporting and Documentation:Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.Maintain detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Project ManagmentAppropriately triages new requests within their time zone and communicates withstakeholders and internal teams as needed to ensure understanding and receipt ofcomplete information to begin project work, and sets timing and/or follow-upexpectations.Manages assigned projects to ensure flawless execution, quality control and timely release of deliverables to meet deadlines. This includes, but is not limited to, coordination and meeting with internal teams, assessment and communication of project requirements, file pick-up direction and folder set-up, reviewing proof edits and client feedback, and adhering to internal processes and direction.Proactively coordinates with Account Services, Team Leads and clients to maintain.
