MEP Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented MEP Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Engineer to oversee and manage all aspects of MEP works and coordination for residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure systems are implemented in accordance with project specifications, codes, and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret MEP drawings and specifications; ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and suppliers for seamless project execution.
• Monitor site installation works and ensure quality control of MEP systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Manage project schedules, resource planning, and budgeting for MEP works.
• Ensure MEP systems comply with relevant local and international codes and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including project reports, drawings, and compliance records.
• Liaise with clients and consultants to clarify requirements and provide technical support as needed.
• Corresponding with project stake holders.
• Able to review technical requirement for all MEP equipment.
• Able to trouble shoot the existing services as and when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical.
• 5 + years of experience in MEP system installation, and site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, and other MEP software tools.
• Good understanding of HVAC, fire-fighting, water supply, drainage, and electrical and ELV systems.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
