General Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor the execution of all MEP works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) at the site.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes and standards.
Coordinate with civil and architectural teams to resolve design or execution conflicts.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to MEP systems.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure on-time material delivery and proper installation.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and safety compliance.
Identify and report any discrepancies, delays, or potential risks, and escalate as needed.
Maintain detailed site records including daily work progress, manpower, and materials.
Liaise with consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP systems
Specific Responsibilities:
1.Site Execution Oversight
Supervise day-to-day MEP activities on-site (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting).

2.Technical Coordination
Coordinate MEP works with civil, architectural, and structural teams to avoid conflicts.
Review MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and interface layouts for accuracy.
3.Quality Assurance
Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and material quality meet required standards.
Monitor and enforce adherence to project-specific quality plans and specifications.
4.Progress Monitoring
Track and report daily/weekly progress of MEP activities.
Identify delays or bottlenecks and work with the project team to address issues promptly.
5.Subcontractor Supervision
Oversee the performance of MEP subcontractors and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Verify manpower deployment, tool availability, and material delivery schedules.
6.Material Handling
Ensure proper storage, handling, and usage of MEP materials on-site.
Verify the quality and quantity of delivered materials against approved submittals.
7.Testing & Commissioning Support
Assist in preparing and executing MEP testing and commissioning plans.
Coordinate with vendors and specialist subcontractors during system start-up and testing.
8.Health & Safety Compliance
Enforce compliance with safety protocols specific to MEP works (e.g., electrical isolation, confined space).
Conduct toolbox talks and report safety violations or incidents.
9.Documentation & Reporting
Maintain records of inspections, snag lists, work permits, and site logs.
Submit daily progress reports, quality checklists, and inspection requests to the project engineer or manager.
10.Problem Solving & Issue Resolution
Identify technical issues or design mismatches on-site and escalate them for timely resolution.
Propose practical solutions and coordinate changes with engineers and consultants.
Provide status updates and respond to site-related queries concerning MEP work.
