Seeking a skilled MEP Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in the real estate and residential sector. The ideal candidate will manage and execute the design of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• MEP System Design: Design and develop detailed MEP system plans for residential projects, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Interdisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure MEP systems are integrated efficiently into building designs.
• Project Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports related to MEP systems.
• Site Visits and Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to verify system installations and to resolve any on-site technical issues promptly.
• Quality Assurance and Control: Ensure all MEP design work adheres to quality standards and project requirements.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 1-6 years of experience in MEP design engineering, preferably within the real estate or residential sector.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field with a focus on mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with residential building projects
• Familiarity with local building codes and standards
