We are seeking a skilled MEP BIM Modeler with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing detailed MEP models, coordinating with multi-discipline teams, and ensuring accurate project documentation within the Data Center, Residential, Institutional, and Airport sectors.

• We are seeking a detail-oriented 

  HVAC BIM Modeler

  to join our engineering team. The role involves creating, developing, and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for HVAC systems in compliance with international standards and project requirements. The HVAC BIM Modeler will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate design coordination, clash detection, and delivery of high-quality models for construction and facility management.

• MEP Model Development

  : Create and develop accurate and detailed MEP BIM models using industry-standard software, ensuring all project requirements are met.

• Coordination and Clash Detection

  : Work collaboratively with architectural, structural, and other engineering teams to identify and resolve clashes and ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.

• Documentation and Specifications

  : Prepare precise documentation and specifications based on the developed models, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project guidelines.

• Project Review and Quality Control

  : Conduct thorough reviews of BIM models for accuracy and quality, implementing improvements as needed to maintain project standards.

• Collaboration with Stakeholders

  : Engage with project stakeholders to understand project needs and provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Software Proficiency

  : Revit, Navisworks

• Develop and manage 

  HVAC BIM models

   using Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
• Interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and design inputs to create accurate 3D models.
• Coordinate HVAC systems with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines to resolve clashes.
• Generate 

  shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details

   from BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with 

  ISO 19650, ASHRAE, SMACNA, and project-specific BIM standards

  .
• Support project teams in 

  model updates, revisions, and version control

   throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare 

  quantity take-offs, schedules, and BOQs

   from BIM models.
• Participate in 

  international coordination meetings

   and communicate effectively with engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Maintain 

  documentation and model accuracy

   for handover and facility management.

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience as an 

  HVAC BIM Modeler

   with exposure to 

  international projects (USA, UK, Middle East preferred)

  .
• Proficiency in 

  Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD

  ; knowledge of Dynamo scripting is a plus.
• Strong understanding of 

  HVAC systems design, ducting, piping, and equipment layouts

  .
• Familiarity with 

  ASHRAE, SMACNA, CIBSE, and international HVAC standards

  .
• Ability to read and interpret 

  construction drawings and specifications

  .

• Excellent communication skills

   (written and verbal) for effective collaboration with global teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

• Experience

  : 3-8 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling, particularly in the Data Center, Residential, Institutional, or Airport sectors.

• Education

  : Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/B.E., preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Remote Work Capability

  : Ability to effectively work in a remote environment and collaborate with global teams.
• The preference is working from office ,Noida
  

• Experience in 

  large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects

• Knowledge of 

  ISO 19650-compliant BIM workflows

  .
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Exposure to 

  Clash Detection, 4D/5D BIM, and facility management integration

  .
• Experience with large-scale projects
