-> About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Mentor/Trainer in Web Development to guide undergraduate students in building strong fundamentals and hands-on skills in modern web technologies. The ideal candidate should be curious, eager to learn, and capable of simplifying complex concepts for students.

-> Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training sessions on Web Development concepts and tools.
• Teach and mentor students on UI/UX design, web platforms, and full-stack development (MERN stack).
• Provide practical, project-based learning experiences to strengthen students’ skills.
• Guide students on industry-relevant tools such as Wix, WordPress, Canva, Figma, and version control systems.
• Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and help them improve.
• Foster a supportive learning environment and encourage innovation.

-> Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in UI/UX design and Web Development.
• Familiarity with tools like Wix, WordPress, Canva, Figma.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB (MERN stack).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, relatable manner.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
