Location: Onsite (Food & Accommodation Provided) Working Days: 5 days/week (5-6 hours per day but can vary occasionally) Initial Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Preference: Candidates willing to relocate for the role to Jammu/Pathankot, mainly Pathankot -> About the Role We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Mentor/Trainer in Web Development to guide undergraduate students in building strong fundamentals and hands-on skills in modern web technologies. The ideal candidate should be curious, eager to learn, and capable of simplifying complex concepts for students. -> Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging training sessions on Web Development concepts and tools. Teach and mentor students on UI/UX design, web platforms, and full-stack development (MERN stack). Provide practical, project-based learning experiences to strengthen students’ skills. Guide students on industry-relevant tools such as Wix, WordPress, Canva, Figma, and version control systems. Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and help them improve. Foster a supportive learning environment and encourage innovation. -> Required Skills & Qualifications Hands-on experience in UI/UX design and Web Development. Familiarity with tools like Wix, WordPress, Canva, Figma. Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB (MERN stack). Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, relatable manner. Willingness to learn new tools and technologies. -> What We Offer Competitive salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
