Position: Mentor – Digital Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing professional with strong industry and subject expertise to join our institution as a Subject Mentor. The mentor will be responsible for training and guiding students in the latest digital marketing practices, helping them bridge academic knowledge with industry applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct lectures, workshops, and hands-on training sessions on Digital Marketing concepts and tools.
• Mentor students by providing practical insights into SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Email Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
• Design, review, and continuously update curriculum and training materials to reflect current industry trends.
• Provide real-world case studies, live projects, and simulations for students to gain practical exposure.
• Guide students on certifications, portfolio building, and career opportunities in digital marketing.
• Collaborate with the academic team to enhance program delivery and student outcomes.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in the digital marketing ecosystem.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Experience: Rich proven experience in Digital Marketing, with exposure to strategy, execution, and analytics.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Google Analytics, Web Analytics, and Marketing Automation Tools.
• Certifications in Google, Meta, HubSpot, or other recognized platforms (preferred).
• Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or corporate training (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for mentoring and ability to inspire students with practical, industry-relevant insights.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
