About the Role:

Mentor for Personal Finance & Investment Banking

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive zoom live sessions on topics such as:
• Budgeting, Saving, Credit, Loans & Debt
• Stock Market & Mutual Funds
• Portfolio Management
• Risk Analysis
• Corporate Finance & M&A
• Investment Banking Tools & Techniques

• Create or co-curate relevant course content, case studies, and assessments.
• Offer practical insights, industry trends, and job-role based mentoring.
• Guide learners on career paths in finance, certifications (e.g. CFA, CFP), and resume tips.
• Address doubts and provide post-session support.
• Collaborate with the content & growth team to improve learner engagement.

Who You Are:

• A finance professional with 3+ years in roles like Investment Banker, Financial Analyst, Wealth Manager, or Corporate Finance.
• Strong knowledge of personal finance and IB concepts.
• Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching (preferred).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Passionate about teaching and financial literacy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA (Finance), CFA, CA, CFP, or equivalent background
• Exposure to financial tools like Excel Modelling, Bloomberg, Power BI is a plus
• Strong understanding of the Indian & global financial systems
