As an Academic Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising academic batches to ensure consistent progress and maintaining quality and efficiency in operations. Your role will involve tracking and analyzing students" academic performance through regular monitoring, proactively identifying and addressing student issues, and implementing timely interventions and support mechanisms. Additionally, you will be overseeing classroom operations, data management, and cross-checking processes. Regular communication with parents is a crucial aspect of this role. You will be required to conduct meetings with parents to discuss students" progress, address concerns, and provide counseling on academic and behavioral issues. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in various operations of the institute such as class operations, test planning and conduction, and parent-teacher meetings. Moreover, you may need to assist in the admission process, onboarding support, and operations related to online education if necessary. Basic counseling of students and parents will be part of your duties as well. You are expected to perform all your responsibilities conscientiously and honestly, including any additional duties assigned by the company. This is a full-time position with a rotational shift schedule, and the work location is in person.,
