As a UI Designer at our forward-thinking company passionate about creating impactful digital experiences, your role will be crucial in shaping the future of our products. You will be responsible for designing user-friendly, visually appealing, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications. Your collaboration with product managers, developers, and UX designers will be essential in translating requirements into clean design solutions. Utilizing tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, you will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Ensuring design consistency through style guides and reusable components, you will stay updated with the latest UI design trends and best practices. Conducting user interface testing and gathering feedback will be vital for improving designs. Key Responsibilities: - Design user-friendly, visually appealing, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX designers to translate requirements into clean design solutions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD. - Ensure design consistency through style guides, design systems, and reusable components. - Stay up to date with the latest UI design trends, tools, and best practices. - Conduct user interface testing and gather feedback to improve designs. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a UI Designer (portfolio required). - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop/Illustrator. - Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles. - Basic knowledge of UX principles and user-centered design. - Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills. It would be beneficial to have knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), experience with motion design or micro-interactions, and prior experience in building and maintaining design systems.
