As a Domestic Journey Mentor at EdTerra Edventures, your role involves guiding and managing student educational trips within India. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless logistics, engagement, and safety throughout the trips. Additionally, vendor management and costing optimization to enhance trip execution will be key aspects of your job. Key Responsibilities: - Educate and mentor students during trips to provide an interactive and enriching learning experience. - Oversee travel logistics, accommodations, and activities according to the itinerary. - Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and activity organizers to ensure the provision of quality services. - Manage trip budgets, negotiate vendor rates, and control expenses to maintain cost efficiency. - Ensure student safety, discipline, and adherence to guidelines throughout the journey. - Act as a communication bridge between students, teachers, parents, and tour organizers. - Handle on-trip challenges, emergencies, and itinerary adjustments as required. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Tourism Management). - Prior experience in educational travel, event management, or related fields. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to mentor and engage with students effectively. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures. - Effective communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.,
