Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Trend & Market Research:

• Analyse global menswear trends, market demand, and customer behaviour.
• Research seasonal themes, fabric innovations, & streetwear/ casualwear/ formalwear trends relevant to the mens category.

2. Technical Design & Sampling

• Contribute to product presentations, internal line reviews, and marketing campaigns as needed.
• Create detailed

  tech packs

  including construction details, fabric specifications, and trims.
• Collaborate with pattern makers and sample teams to develop/ translate designs into physical prototypes.
• Attend fit sessions and provide precise feedback for adjustments and improvements.

3. Fabric & Material Sourcing

• Identify and select suitable fabrics, trims, and accessories based on design intent and functionality.
• Work with the sourcing and buying teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

4. Product Development & Production Support

• Ensure designs are feasible for bulk production without compromising aesthetics or quality.
• Approve final samples and conduct quality reviews prior to production.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with merchandisers, production, and marketing teams to align product offerings with brand strategy and sales goals.
• Contribute to product presentations, internal line reviews, and marketing campaigns as needed.
