Job description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Menswear Designer with a strong background in Woven & Knits . The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with a Export house and possess a solid understanding of contemporary menswear trends, fashion forecast, and fabric development.

Role & responsibilities

• Design and develop seasonal menswear collections aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Research fashion trends, fabrics, trims, and colors to create innovative and market-relevant designs.
• Develop tech packs, sketches, and mood boards for each collection.
• Collaborate with pattern masters, sampling, and production teams to ensure design accuracy and quality execution.
• Maintain consistency in design aesthetics while incorporating new concepts and detailing.
• Coordinate with the merchandising and marketing teams for collection presentations and photoshoots.
• Deep understanding of garment construction, fabric selection, fits, and technical specifications.

Preferred candidate profile

• Degree or diploma in Fashion Design / Textile Design.
• 2 -6+ years of hands-on design experience, preferably with expertise in menswear designing
• Strong knowledge of mens apparel construction, fabric draping, and surface techniques.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
• Excellent sense of color, proportion, and detailing.
• Strong English communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, buyers, and team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
