Role Overview: As a Menswear Designer, you will be responsible for leading the creative development of the brands menswear collection. Your role will involve immersing yourself in the brands unique language, honoring its roots, and bringing a fresh yet cohesive perspective to menswear. It is a collaborative position where you will work closely with the core design team to co-create a line that feels authentic, elevated, and expressive. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop the menswear range in line with the brands overall aesthetic and values - Conduct market research and moodboarding to bring a contemporary lens to traditional inspirations - Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure consistency and feasibility in sampling and development - Create detailed tech packs, fabric selections, embroidery placements, and finishes - Balance wearability with artistic detailing to create garments that stand out while staying grounded in the brands DNA - Contribute to fittings, revisions, and finalization of pieces for production Qualification Required: - 3-6 years of experience in fashion design with a strong focus on menswear - A nuanced understanding of fabric, embroidery, and surface techniques is a strong advantage - Strong technical understanding of menswear garment construction - Team player with a collaborative mindset open to feedback, but confident in your creative voice - Passion for design that merges heritage with relevance,
