Membership Executive

Membership Sales & Promotion

• Promote and explain membership plans, benefits, and services to prospective customers.
• Reach out to existing and new leads through calls, messages, and in-person interactions.
• Convert inquiries into membership enrollments by providing clear information and addressing doubts.
• Achieve monthly membership targets set by the organization.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with members to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Follow up with potential customers who showed interest but have not yet enrolled.
• Handle member queries, concerns, and feedback politely and efficiently.
• Assist members with renewals, upgrades, or additional services.
• Maintain accurate records of memberships, payments, renewals, and customer interactions.
• Update CRM or internal software with daily lead status and follow-up details.
• Ensure all documentation related to membership is completed and stored properly.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with the marketing, billing, and service delivery teams for smooth onboarding of members.
• Communicate membership status and updates to concerned departments.
• Support the team during promotional events, camps, or outreach programs.
• Assist in planning and executing membership campaigns or offers.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on membership conversions and follow-ups.
• Ensure exceptional customer service in both online and offline interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
