About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote wellness membership programs.
  
• Generate and qualify leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
  
• Maintain daily call logs and follow-up with leads to close meetings.
  
• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
  
• Maintain a positive brand image and deliver excellent customer experience.
  

Requirements:

• 13 years of experience in telecalling or sales (wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle industry preferred).
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
  
• Comfortable working with daily targets.
