Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Guidance:

• Offer high-level advice on organisational strategy, programme development, partnerships, and sustainability.

• Sectoral Expertise:

• Bring industry/academic knowledge to shape relevant initiatives, curriculum design, research focus areas, and community engagement.

• Governance Support:

• Provide perspective on policies, best practices, and ethical frameworks to ensure responsible and transparent operations.

• Networking & Advocacy:

• Facilitate connections with key stakeholders—industry leaders, academic institutions, policymakers, and potential partners.

• Review & Feedback:

• Assess progress reports, project proposals, and impact assessments; offer constructive recommendations.

• Meeting Participation:

• Attend quarterly virtual Board meetings and contribute actively to discussions and decisions.

Desired Profile

• Senior professionals, leaders, or academics with

  minimum 10–15 years of expertise

  in relevant domains such as education, technology, industry sectors, policy, social impact, research, or capacity-building.
• Demonstrated experience in advisory roles, leadership, or governance bodies is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide strategic input.
• Passion for education, knowledge development, and societal impact.
• Ability to commit time for meetings and occasional consultations.
