Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
inbound and outbound calls
from UK-based customers in a professional manner.
Provide
accurate information
regarding products, services, orders, or account-related inquiries.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality.
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved queries or escalations.
Maintain call logs, update customer information in the CRM system, and follow company SOPs.
Achieve or exceed individual and team performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.).
Work collaboratively with supervisors and peers to improve service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or UK accent.
Strong listening, comprehension, and problem-solving abilities.
Good interpersonal skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools).
Willingness to work in UK shifts (afternoon to midnight IST).
Minimum educational qualification: High school / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
03 years in an international voice or UK process preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
