Job Title: Customer Service executive

Process: Domestic Voice Process

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
Provide information and resolve customer issues
Maintain call logs and update CRM
Follow scripts and process guidelines
Achieve call quality and productivity targets

Requirements:

Strong verbal communication
Candidates expected know any of these language (Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, kannada)
Good listening & interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Freshers/experienced both can apply

Qualification: Graduate fresher

Degree: Any degree
