German Language Experts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate, interpret, and support communication in German and English.
  • Handle German-speaking clients via calls, emails, or chats.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure high-quality customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Adhere to SLA timelines and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

  • B2 Certification in German Language

    (mandatory).
  • Minimum

    12 months of work experience

    in a German language role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts.
