We have a walk-in interview for SEMIVOICE support.

Walk-in date - Oct 6 & Oct 6 2025.

Walk-in time - 10am to 3pm

Salary and Benefits:

Freshers 19k take home per month plus 1800 as performance bonus (Salary not negotiable)
Experienced Rs 21500 take home per month plus 2300 as performance bonus (Salary not negotiable)
Two way free cab facility for both pick and drop(*25 km radius)

Requirements:

Experience: 0 to 5yrs (Any industry and freshers are welcome)
Education: +2 / Higher secondary & above
Exceptional Written Communication and good spoken skills in English
Should be an immediate joiner
Should be able to work in night shifts(no days shifts)
Should be flexible for rotational weekoffs(no sat and sunday week-offs)

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via our live chat platform regarding product features, services, and troubleshooting.
Identify customer needs, diagnose issues accurately, and provide clear, step-by-step solutions in a timely manner.
