About the Role

Join the US E-commerce Customer Support team where you will assist customers with their orders, delivery updates, returns, replacements, and refunds. Your goal is to deliver a smooth and professional customer experience.

What You Will Do

Handle inbound calls from US customers
• Verify customer and order details
• Provide accurate delivery updates / ETAs
• Process returns, refunds & replacements
• Create, update & close tickets in the CRM system
• Coordinate with the logistics/delivery team when needed
• Maintain strong CSAT, AHT & Quality metrics

Requirements

Excellent English speaking & understanding
• Polite, patient and customer-friendly attitude
• Basic Excel + CRM knowledge
• Comfortable with rotational shifts (US process)

Good to Have

Experience in E-commerce support
• Handling multiple queues (calls/chat/email)
