Position: Customer Experience Agent (Non voice)

About the organization

Customer Service International Non-Voice Process

  • Provide customer support and resolve customer queries on call and chat
  • Build credibility and trust with the customers by empathizing with their problem in words
  • Research, Diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Candidates should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments (US Shift).

Key Qualifications & Skills Required

  • The candidate should have good command over English - fluency in spoken and written English
  • Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Should be a quick learner and self-motivated.

Qualification:

Minimum: 10 + 2 years of formal education and any graduation

Salary

Fresher 2.6 LPA + incentives + night shift allowance

Experience 3.2 LPA + incentives + night shift allowance.
