Job Description

International Voice Sales Executive

Location:

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to international customers (B2C/B2B) to pitch products and services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months experience in international voice sales (B2C/B2B).
Graduate in any discipline (Undergraduates with relevant experience may also apply).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong persuasion, objection handling, and closing skills.
Basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Comfortable working in night shifts or rotational shifts.

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience in outbound international telesales.
Exposure to BPO or call center environments.
