Key Responsibilities:

• Head and manage the Medical Tourism Department end-to-end
• Develop, promote, and manage medical tourism packages for domestic and international patients
• Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, diagnostic centers, and healthcare partners
• Handle patient inquiries, medical reports, treatment plans, and cost estimations
• Liaise with doctors and hospitals for treatment timelines and quotations
• Manage patient travel arrangements including medical visa, flights, hotels, airport transfers, and local support
• Ensure seamless patient experience from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and overseas agents
• Negotiate treatment packages and commercial terms with hospital partners
• Train and supervise medical tourism executives and coordinators
• Ensure compliance with medical ethics, patient confidentiality, and company SOPs
• Prepare MIS, revenue reports, and performance analysis for management
• Handle escalated patient concerns with empathy and professionalism

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Tourism, or related field preferred
• Minimum 4–7 years of experience in medical tourism or healthcare coordination
• Strong understanding of hospital processes, medical procedures, and patient handling
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Experience in handling international patients and medical visa processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and email communication

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience working with multi-specialty hospitals or medical tourism companies
• Multilingual candidates preferred
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
