Medical Scientific Liaison

As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) at Alkem Laboratories Limited, your role will involve engaging with external stakeholders to co-create value, address patient needs, and enhance the practice of medicine. You will be responsible for leveraging evidence during scientific engagements, identifying impactful insights, and collaborating with field matrix colleagues to support healthcare system strengthening and improve patient access and outcomes. It is essential for you to stay updated in your domain and be capable of resolving queries from both external and internal customers. - Gather and leverage insights to contribute strategically to Patient Journey mapping, launch excellence roadmap, and integrated evidence generation plans - Serve as the Medical, Clinical, and Scientific expert for assigned therapeutic areas and Alkem Laboratories Ltd. compounds - Identify and map external stakeholders aligned with the medical strategy, collaborating with colleagues for effective engagement - Expand stakeholder engagement beyond Healthcare Professionals and support innovative partnership models - Communicate relevant evidence to stakeholders in a timely and informative manner - Respond to unsolicited information requests from stakeholders regarding marketed and pipeline compounds - Manage administrative tasks promptly and efficiently, including customer relationship management and compliance training - Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) nationwide and play a key role during product launches - Promote and adhere to Ethics and Compliance Professional Practices Policy - Qualified Medical Professional (MBBS, BAMS, BDS) or Pharmacist with a post-graduate degree in health/life sciences - Fluent in oral and written English & Local Language - Knowledge of Healthcare System and research procedures, as well as pharmaceutical industry guidelines - 1-3 years of experience in a medical function, preferably in at least one therapeutic area - Self-directed learner with a growth mindset - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills - Curious mindset with active listening skills and ability to ask open questions - Capable of adapting, organizing, and prioritizing work effectively in dynamic environments - Proficient in leveraging technology for stakeholder mapping and insights gathering - Strong business mentality with innovative and solution-oriented thinking - Demonstrates personal integrity in all actions and behaviors,
