Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell our medical products and services to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of the medical or pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Promotion:
  • Promote and sell company products, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare supplies, to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare institutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on product specifications, medical research, industry trends, and competitor products.
  • Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain benefits to healthcare professionals.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
  • Gather and report feedback from clients on product performance, pricing, and competitors.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data.
  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to implement promotional strategies.
  • Attend and actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and medical conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related fields. (Preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or a related field. (Freshers with relevant academic backgrounds are welcome to apply.)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and industry trends is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
