Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven freshers to join our team as Medical Representatives in Ahmedabad. This role involves promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a willingness to learn about the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals in Ahmedabad.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with medical practitioners and key opinion leaders.

• Conduct product presentations, detailing benefits and features to healthcare professionals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide feedback to the management.

• Organize and participate in medical camps, seminars, and conferences to increase product awareness.

• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, sales, and customer interactions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, medical advancements, and industry developments through regular training.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Science (B.Sc.), or related field. Graduates in other streams (e.g., B.Com, B.A.) with a keen interest in sales may also apply.

• Experience: No prior experience required (Freshers only).

• Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.

• Basic understanding of medical and pharmaceutical terminology (preferred but not mandatory).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad for client visits.

• Other Requirements:

• Valid two-wheeler license and personal vehicle (preferred).

• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).

Location-Specific Requirements:

• Candidates must be based in or willing to work in Ahmedabad.

• Knowledge of local areas in Ahmedabad and familiarity with the city’s healthcare network is a plus.
