Role & responsibilities Job Overview: The Sales & Marketing Executive/Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and increasing brand presence of interventional cardiology products such as stents, balloons, guidewires, catheters, and related devices. The role involves working closely with cardiologists, cath labs, hospital procurement teams, and distributors. Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities: Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Conduct product demonstrations and training in cath labs and hospitals. Ensure regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. Generate new leads and follow up on prospects. Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence. Coordinate with distributors and ensure timely supply and invoicing. Participate in tenders and institutional business opportunities. Marketing Responsibilities: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, CME programs, workshops, and webinars. Develop product positioning, promotional materials, and sales aids. Support the launch of new products and technologies. Work with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, R&D, Clinical) to align marketing strategies. Attend national and international cardiology conferences and exhibitions. Key Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology procedures and products. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Relationship management and networking abilities. Strategic thinking and analytical mindset. Presentation and training capabilities. Willingness to travel extensively.
