Medical Sales Executive

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies. You will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and achieving sales targets in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.Conduct product presentations and provide product samples to physicians. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer needs.Organize and attend meetings, conferences, and training sessions.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups. Provide timely and accurate reports to the sales manager.Stay updated with the latest medical and pharmaceutical knowledge. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales (preferred).Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.Preferred Skills: Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems. Familiarity with CRM software and reporting tools.Ability to understand and explain complex medical data.Compensation: Competitive base salary.Performance-based incentives and bonuses.
