Medical Representative(Sales officer)

As a Sales Officer (Medical Representative) at Inducare Pharmaceuticals & Research Foundation located in Latur, you will be responsible for the following: - Have knowledge of the Pharma Industry as a Medical Representative, including Tablet, Capsule, and Ointment products. - Demonstrate an understanding of end-to-end supply chain management in the pharma industry. - Possess excellent communication and presentation skills. - Build and maintain client relationships while striving to meet sales goals. - Meet with doctors to promote the company's range of products in the assigned territory. - Generate prescriptions from doctors by providing scientific information about the products and explaining their benefits. - Visit retail chemists to ensure easy availability of the company's products for patients. - Engage with authorized Distributors/Stokists to guarantee product availability in the territory and develop strategies to expand the customer base and enhance sales numbers. - Ensure timely submission of Daily Call Reports (DCR) and expense statements. - Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Conduct chemist surveys to monitor product availability. - Implement strategies and campaigns to drive sales. - Coordinate and support medical conferences. - Regularly follow up with doctors to maintain relationships and promote products effectively. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience as an Allopathic pharma sales officer. - Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales for at least 1 year.
