Medical Representative

Role Overview: As a Medical Representative, your main responsibility will be to develop networks within hospitals, clinics, polyclinics, and other healthcare providers in the designated catchment area. Key Responsibilities: - Regularly follow up with specialists and hospital doctors - Arrange appointments with doctors through pre-arranged appointments or regular calling - Facilitate medical conferences - Develop growth strategies and plans to increase opportunities - Identify and develop new and existing referral sources for successful referring relationships - Conduct marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and establish new doctor relationships - Maintain marketing collateral, including presentation templates - Support, facilitate, and implement a local marketing plan - Process and develop requests, monthly reports, and invoices - Stay updated with the key research activities of the organization - Develop in-depth knowledge of the services provided and the value proposition - Monitor industry trends locally and internationally Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of medical terminologies - Demonstrated track record of good sales performance - Excellent communication skills, patience, and energy - Ability to communicate fluently in 2-3 languages - Strong integrity and leadership traits - Proficiency in building relationships, conflict resolution, collaboration, scheduling, and teamwork - Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively Please note that the job is located in Sangareddy and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.,
