We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Medical Representative to promote and sell our pharmaceutical/nutraceutical products to healthcare specialists in assigned territories. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and sales skills, a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and a passion for making a positive impact on patient care.

Primary Responsibilities would include:

• Educate healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and usage of our products and build awareness in the medical community.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other key decision-makers to enhance product promotion.
• Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to meet with specialists, present product information and address enquiries.
• Conduct daily field visits to assigned territories and provide product samples and promotional materials to healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and sales, to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, sales activities and market intelligence in the designated CRM system.
• Gather insights from the field and provide feedback to the management to support continuous improvement and innovation.

We are looking for someone who have:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences (B. Pharma/ D. Pharma), Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Record of success in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology and healthcare practices.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
